Fat Photo Reference - Password-protected site that provides photo reference for inclusion and non-fetishized inclusion of fat people in art.

Settei Dreams - Collection of model sheets, art books, storyboards, and production sketches from different animated productions.

Morpho Fat and Skin Folds - Anatomy book focused on the interaction between skin and fat.

TrueRef - A great (paid) resource for reference images. I recommend getting a one month subscription so you can pay once, download everything, and have a perpetual license for 15 bucks.
